Accessibility Statement

Zengevity is committed to making zengevity.com usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, speech input, or other assistive technology.

Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not a one-time project. We check new sections and third-party features as they are added.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

The site is currently partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, and we have identified specific areas that do not yet fully meet it. Those are listed below, and we are working through them.

Steps already taken include:

• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• A keyboard-reachable cart, navigation, and product options, with visible focus indicators
• Product pack options built as native radio controls, and FAQs as native expandable controls
• Colour combinations checked for contrast against the AA thresholds
• Motion and auto-scrolling content that respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system
• Announcements to assistive technology when the cart changes

We would rather tell you where the gaps are than claim there are none:

• Third-party features. Customer reviews and subscription management are provided by outside services. We do not control their code and are asking each provider for their conformance documentation.
• The supplement facts panel is currently supplied as an image. We are rebuilding it as text. Until then, contact us and we will read you any value on the label.
• Checkout is hosted and maintained by Shopify rather than by us. Accessibility issues there are reported to Shopify.
• Some images may still be missing descriptions while we work through the catalogue.

The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers used together with common assistive technology, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

It is also designed to remain usable when text is enlarged, when the page is zoomed to 400%, and when custom text spacing is applied.

If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you cannot reach information you need, please contact us. We treat accessibility reports as a priority and aim to reply within two business days.
